The location had good access to the airport via dedicated shuttle buses. The employees there were very good to me. My room was super clean on arrival.
The room was FAR too hot, it was hard to sleep. You can open the window but then i got airport noise. I also faced an unknown €18 car parking charge. That was REALLY annoying, after paying to stay.

the facility was super clean. i found the complimentary coffee and tea readily available. the room was spacious, and the bed allowed me to sleep deeply.
i noticed a significant amount of noise from other rooms! it made it difficult to relax at times.

The breakfast had a good selection. The room was very modern. I also appreciated the proximity to the airport. A free welcome drink was offered upon arrival. A large selection of games are available. The staff displayed kindness and professionalism.

bad advicemissing shuttle
The directions I got for the shuttle next morning were terrible. Three employees stood at the front desk and gave me bad advice. I missed the 3:30 am shuttle and nearly missed my flight because I needed to wait for the 4 am shuttle. The video explaining how to get to the shuttle was not presented to me by the staff.

my room was very quiet given the proximity to the airport i rested well. the shower had great water pressure and the temperature controls worked perfectly. the thick curtains ensured complete darkness. i appreciated the helpful staff who gave excellent directions to downtown.
the hotel lacked in-room coffee or tea options, not even in the lobby.
